Order Processing – Pricing Policy:
Orders are accepted and shipments are made only within Greece. Orders are executed during the opening hours of our stores except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The quoted prices of the products are the final ones (i.e. VAT is included). The company’s online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. The customer always pays at the time of receipt of the merchandise, the price which was indicated in the relevant price lists for this product at the time of order. The COMPANY bears no responsibility and does not cover price differences of products purchased from its physical store and the customer subsequently found the existence of a lower price in its online store or vice versa. Prices and products which constitute an offer of limited duration shall be valid until stocks are exhausted or until the expiry of the final date of the offer. Their execution will be strictly ordered in order of time priority.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order you will receive an automated e-mail stating the details of your order. After the processing of the order by the electronic shopping department of the COMPANY and if there is no problem with your order and the products are all available at the specified times you will receive the second and confirmatory e-mail with the products that will be sent to you. From this point on, the contract between us is concluded. Upon delivery of your order to the courier company you will receive a third e-mail with its tracking number. Otherwise, if a product is not available for shipping, you will be informed by phone from our specialized partner.
There is no way to disable these updates, the dispatch of which is a prerequisite for the proper development of your order. We invite you to make sure that these e-mails can reach you and that you keep them throughout the duration of our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. Your products are delivered as soon as possible and in any case within a time not exceeding thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

Pending order: When your order has been received and registered in our system successfully. You will receive a relevant automated e-mail, upon completion of your order. Order processing: When your order has been received by a partner of our company, who checks it as to its correctness. At this stage, the process of collecting the products you have ordered in our warehouse begins and then their packaging for shipment begins.
At this stage we will inform you by phone ONLY if there are any problems with the products you have ordered.
Delivery of order to the carrier: The products of the order were collected and are routed for shipment to the address you have provided us with. You are notified, via e-mail, of the Shipping Number (voucher) of the transport company that has undertaken the delivery of your package, so that you can monitor its progress.
Ready for pick-up from the store: This message, which will be sent to you by e-mail, confirms that your order has been received by the store of your choice, provided that you have chosen the option of receiving the order from a store of our COMPANY. Your products are waiting for pick-up from it for up to 3 days in total.
Product Availability:
The availability of products in our online store is indicative, since the information is done at regular intervals and not in real time. In the event that your order has any pending issues, then a corresponding e-mail will be sent to you or alternatively we will contact you, within a reasonable time from the placement of the order, at the telephone numbers you have given us when registering or registering the order on our site, in order to inform you about the possible time of their delivery. In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you, to request the revocation of an order of the product in question. Any other order you may place can be executed normally, based on the availability times set for each product.
Order Receipt:
The delivery of the product is made only to the buyer and it is required to show to the courier or the store’s employee, in case of an option to receive the order from a Michalis Laoulakos store, the original id card or passport of the applicant for the order and the recording of his personal data. After the signature – acceptance of the customer-recipient of the relevant Consignment Note, it will not be possible to recognize any disputes concerning the delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal For Distance Shopping

9. Order Cancellation
Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal of the “Product Returns” section, the cancellation of the order may take place in the following cases:

After receiving the product, please call us at (+30) 210 5625 750 or contact us via the website’s email form, explaining why you wish to cancel the order. A partner of ours will serve you directly and will inform you about all your choices. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.

11. Order Delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed to be sent by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of domestic suppliers. However, there are cases where an order of ours may “stick” to its transportation, so we do not have the product you are interested in in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver the order to you without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.
The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the thousands of products we exhibit in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that he is removing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives.
In any case of force majeure: Our company is not responsible for any delays in the deliveries of the ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure events, such as problems in the road network, severe weather phenomena, strikes, etc.
In case it is impossible to communicate with you: This happens when there is no telephone and / or e-mail communication with you (if there is a problem in your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because eg your details you have entered are not properly updated. In any case, the delay shall not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.
